To ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience, please review the following important information:
Express Check-in:
- Save time upon arrival by completing our Express Check-in form. This will expedite your pick-up process.
- You will need to upload a valid copy of your driver’s licence and credit card as part of the check-in process.
Driver’s Licence:
- Ensure your driver’s licence is current and full. The uploaded image should be clear and legible.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fee of NZ$35 will only apply to bookings cancelled within 48 Hours from pick-up date.
Cancellation fee is waived for cancellation(s) for due to an emergency, and/ or delays due to natural disasters.
Prepaid hire fees are fully refundable (Terms and Conditions apply).
