After Inspection of the rental vehicle at the Airport or at your accommodation – If you’re not satisfied with the condition / damage(s) that are marked or not marked on this vehicle check-out form, please notify our main office at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, for your peace of mind, please utilize the camera on your mobile phone and take pictures of all sides of the vehicle before driving away.

I acknowledge that any damage depicted on the vehicle above will have a “damage marker” placed on the vehicle. Any damage found on the vehicle at the end of the hire that does not have a damage marker on it, and is not considered fair wear and tear, will be deemed to have occurred on my rental. I will check the vehicle before leaving the car park and will advise NIUE Rentals of any amendments required before moving the vehicle.
